• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging.

• We do not accept returns for used or damaged products.

• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.

⚡ How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact support@euphranor.net with your order number and the reason for the return.

2. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.

3. Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

💰 Refund Policy

• Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

• We do not refund shipping fees.

• If an order was purchased using a discount code, the refund will reflect the discounted amount.

📦 Exchanges

• If you received a damaged or defective product, we will replace it at no additional cost.
